Surgery has been moved out to the 7th. I was one of the lucky ones who didn't have to change plane tickets or get my date shifted by a week. I reckon that if one wants an audience with the Pope of Hip Surgeons.....
Lovely pizza potluck at Marsha and Cal's last night to celebrate some birthdays. There was a lovely wee puppy Cal rescued from the Res(ervation). There are folks putting dibs on it, including AT.

Is it normal for surgery to change like that? Are you impatient or fearful?
I have been thinking of you recently. I hope that all the preparations are going well. Love to you and the fam. :)
Hi Helen!
Roar is a great name. (I imagine you saying "roar!" when you cycle in the forest in the dark).
I guess with my surgeon, changes can and will happen. He didn't want to do any cutting on patients after he'd been on the road for four hours. He's so awesome, I will wait.
Martin shared some pics of Monsalvat. Wow, it's going to be gorgeous. Enjoy the Newman reunion. You have such a special, special family.
